2022.10.28(금) 표현 정리

어제 새벽에 기말 대체 과제를 하느라 어제 회화 수업은 토요일로 옮겼다. 

그래서 어제는 회화 수업을 쉬었다. 

매번 느끼는 거지만 새벽에는 머리가 잘 안 돌아가서 알던 단어도 잘 잃어버린다. 

시험기간이라서 영어회화에 뭔가 몰입할 수 없는 상태인 것 같은데 시험 끝나면 티스토리도 꼬박꼬박 쓰고 회화도 열심히 참여해야지!

1. northern hemisphere : 북반구

A 'hemisphere' is half of a ball. In this case, it is a half of the world.

ex. Right now it's winter in the northern hemisphere.

 

 

2. et cetera(etc) : 기타 등등

'Et cetera' means “and other things."

ex. I'm learning to run my own business and accounting, et cetera.
